We were hoping to have the table in time for my 50th birthday party, but when the timeline didn't work out, Brian offered us a loaner table for free! His team delivered the loaner table in time for the party, and it was a big hit! When our custom table came in, the extremely competent and professional delivery team brought it out and set it up with great care. We didn't love the balls that came with the table, and Brian was great about switching them out for us. Brian is definitely a customer-first businessman, and it really comes through! We LOVE our new pool table, and know that if we ever have any issues with it, Brian will take great care of us.
